Grilled Tuna, creamed corn salad casserole, and noodles.

Tonight I grilled tuna steaks.
To go with,  chopped about 7 cups of corn salad from our Happy Box, sautéed just to wilt, and cooled. I made a "green bean casserole" using the  the wilted greens in place of green beans.  I even added the crispy onions on top. We added some noodles and had a wonderful, filling, healthy meal.
