Stuffed Greens

We are enjoying our fresh greens from the Fulton Farms Happy Box program once again. 
Today for lunch, I took some fresh mustard greens, added some broken leftover meatballs and some stovetop stuffing. I rolled them up, sprayed with olive oil,  and placed in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. When done, I sprinkled with sea salt, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses.
