Buffalo Chicken Salad

Tonight we grilled some chicken and used the fixins from our happy box, (Fulton Farms) to make a wonderful Buffalo chicken salad. Enjoy!

Crab Meat Salad

I made a nice summer'y crab meat salad. You can eat it on crackers or just as you would cottage cheese in a small bowl.
1 pound of leftover crab meat or immitation
1/4 cup of Miracle Whip
1/4 cup of Sour Cream
juice of one lemon
small red onion chopped
2 rib's of celery hearts
1 tsp celery seed
small handful of fresh chopped parsely
Salt/ pepper

(Soon to be) World Famous Sausage Chops

You gotta go to Dot's market in Belmont and try (soon to be world famous) Bill and Kit's sausage chops. Pork chops that grill and taste like sausage without all of the unhealthy aspects of traditional sausage.

4th of July Dinner

We decided to go traditional this 4th of July.
We made some ground sirloin with A1 and onion patties for the grill.
For the healthy "fries," we cut fresh potatoes and tossed them in olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Bake in preheated oven at 450 for about 40 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Enjoy with an ice cold PBR. Ya gotta eat!
