Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Tonight we had Chicken Stir Fry. We had a ton of fresh veggies and I made a spicy brown sauce from a combo of soy sauce and Jeff's "Porn Sauce" mixed with a spoon of corn starch.
On a side note...If you like hot sauce and you haven't been to Kings Table yet....go try the Porn Sauce.

We had the best fresh tomato basil soup and grilled cheese sandwiches last night.
The soup is pretty easy and you can grill cheese any old way.

Mussels with garlic and tomatoes over angel hair pasta.

Mussels with garlic and tomatoes over angel hair pasta.
I started out with a pound of mussels and two large tomatoes. I added garlic and onion to the mix and served over angel hair pasta.
This will be especially good left over.

Jalapeno sausage, sweet potato and veggies

Jalapeno sausage, sweet potato, garlic, squash, mushrooms, ect,

I adapted another recipe to make my own version here. I used a lemon juice reduction for a saucy glaze and put my own spin on everything else.

Seafood long overdue.

Tonight we had sea scallops, broccolini, and baby taters with lemon balm and parsley.
I added lemon olive oil to the potatoes plus plenty of lemon balm and parsley.
The sea scallops were resting on a grill pan in a 425 degree oven right next to the taters.
Good to be home.
the drink of choice is a nice lil concoction called sip and get naked. Very nice pair. Oh I mean pairing.
